At loading / unloading station, the Component to be clean is placed on conveyor. When the cycle-start button is pressed, the component passes from one chamber to another.

In the first chamber, component is washed at high pressure, dedicated nozzles provided for cleaning all holes. After the complition of first operation, component passes to next chamber where air blow takes place for drying the component.

The liquid in the tank is heated to the required temperature by using electric heaters. The temperature of the liquid is set and regulated. 24 hour programmable timer is provided to commence early heating of the tank liquid. Float type liquid indicator cum controller is provided to regulate the tank liquid level. The pump and heaters will cut off when the tank liquid level falls below minimum working level.
