Rotary Indexing Washing Machines :

This type of machine is Four-stage equal rotary indexing washing machine with common station for loading and unloading. The machine consists of common chamber for Internal cleaning / flooding & external spray washing and air blow with intermediate partitions, two-tank system for cleaning liquid (Dirty tank & clean tank), spray pump, circulation pump and filtration system, electric heaters for liquid heating, Rotary indexing arm with position locking arrangement and with component fixtures, PLC logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks for smooth functioning of the machine.

The components to be cleaned are loaded on the fixtures on the indexing arm at the loading / unloading station.

When cycle start button is pressed, the indexing arm gets indexed and the components are transferred inside the cleaning chamber.

The front door gets closed. After cleaning is over the indexing arm is indexed to the flooding cum washing chamber followed by airblow chamber and finally to loading / unloading station.

At load / unload station, operator unloads the component and loads fresh batch of components for cleaning.
